About the firm
A small firm that tries cases.
Most personal injury claims are settled by people who have never stood in front of a jury. That is visible to an insurer, and it is priced in. The work here is done by the two attorneys whose names are on it, and it is prepared from the first week as though it will be tried.

The attorneys
Two names, and both of them answer.
Tony Piccuta
Founder
Recognised by Super Lawyers six years running and a member of the Arizona Association of Justice. Admitted to the Bar of the Supreme Court of the United States, an admission roughly five to six per cent of attorneys nationwide hold. He has tried personal injury and civil rights cases to verdict, including the $1,925,000 motorcycle verdict and the $1,422,500 police brutality verdict on the home page.
Matt Laydon
Of counsel
Has practised law for over 40 years and is licensed in California, Illinois and Arizona. A former naval officer. The combination on a file is a trial lawyer and four decades of judgement about which fights are worth having.
What the firm takes
Injury, and the cases nobody else wants.
The consultation is free, and so is the second opinion.
If another firm has already given you a number and it does not sit right, that is a perfectly good reason to call.
